Contactless checkroom app
Why:
The current Chexology app runs on mounted iPads with guests interacting with the UI. The COVID pandemic pushed us to rethink the prior processes and build a contactless experience from scratch that reduces as many touch points as possible and makes it a new normal for all clients. HMW provide a completely contactless check room experience so that the guests feel safe using the service?
What:
An iOS app which allows the attendant to perform all the required actions directly from their mobile device so that the guest is no more required to touch any surfaces and can follow social distancing.
