PORTHOUSE
Kakinada sea port is one of the busiest privately operated sea ports in India. On any day the port has 6 docked container ships unloading the cargo. In spite of it's rapid growth in revenue, not much attention is paid to the needs of the sailors. Therefore a proposal for a hospitality and entertainment facility for the visiting sailors would be a strategic solution for additional revenue generation and also to attract new businesses. The club primarily provides lodging, entertainment, recreational and cultural spaces.
